INTERNSHIPS

 

Copy Editor:

  • Needed for copy editing specialised short news reports and analytical articles, average three short articles per day.
  • Native British English speaking with high writing skills.
  • Work location is preferably Brussels, but on line is also accepted.
  • Work period 6 months as an unpaid internship.
  • Priority to be hired later by Propaganda Monitor, when a paid post opens.
  • Reference letter to be provided by Propaganda Monitor following the internship.
  • Position available until filled.

Reporters:

  • Needed for writing short news reports, average three reports per week.
  • University media degree.
  • Cultural experience in one of the following seven regions that Propaganda Monitor covers: Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, North America or Oceania.
  • Excellent English writing skills and fluency in at least one of the above regions’ local languages.
  • Work location is preferably Brussels, but on line is also accepted.
  • Work period 6 months as an unpaid internship.
  • Priority to be hired later by Propaganda Monitor, when a paid post opens.
  • Reference letter to be provided by Propaganda Monitor following the internship.

  • Needed for writing about 800-word analytical articles, average one per week.
  • University media degree or relevant media experience.
  • Cultural experience in one of the following seven regions that Propaganda Monitor covers: Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, North America or Oceania.
  • Excellent English writing skills and fluency in at least one of the above regions’ local languages.
  • Work location is preferably Brussels, but on line is also accepted.
